Absolutely loved the stunning views from my room's private balcony. The jacuzzi was a perfect touch for unwinding after exploring Fira. The room felt cozy, equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the complimentary bottle of wine made for a lovely welcome. Staff greeted me warmly and were always ready to help, particularly with lunch recommendations. Breakfast served at my balcony was delicious, a nice change from typical buffets. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from shops and restaurants. However, I faced a challenge with the numerous stairs to reach my room. The lift was helpful, but when it malfunctioned, navigating the 140 steps was taxing. Also, the water in the shower splashed everywhere due to poor curtain design. My towel management turned into a slippery situation on the bathroom floor. Wifi was spotty in my suite which hindered my ability to work remotely. Despite these hiccups, the experience was memorable and enchanting, thanks to the breathtaking scenery, great staff support, and restful ambiance.

The Suite Poolside with Caldera View was awesome! Super clean and comfy. The view from the room was breathtaking, especially during sunset. Loved having breakfast served by the pool—so relaxing. The staff was really nice, and they made sure everything was perfect, even helping with our luggage. The only downside was that the shower setup could've been better, but it didn’t ruin the vibe at all.

Incredible views and friendly vibes!
The view of the caldera from our room was to die for—seriously, I opened the window just to soak it in. Foti from the staff was super nice and made us feel right at home. Don't miss the poolside snack bar. their bites were just what we needed after a long day. Only thing was the stairs to the pool. a bit of a trek after sunset.
